Football Registration
Please take advantage of our early registration discounts. The earlier you sign up the better!
Itty Bitty Football $50
All levels prior to July 1
1 Player $85
2 Siblings $150
3+ Siblings $200
After July 1:
$100 per player
Cheerleading Registration
Please take advantage of our early registration discounts. The earlier you sign up the better!
Itty Bitty Cheerleading $50
All levels prior to July 1
$60 per cheerleader
After July 1:
$75 per cheerleader
Fall, tackle football athletes MUST complete the CFA registration form. Please click on the button above and print the CFA registration form. You will need to fill this out as this goes into the official CFA Roster Book. You will need to get a physician to sign the Physician's affidavit. This is the most important part of this document.
ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE TURNED IN BEFORE ANY FOOTBALL PLAYER RECEIVES THEIR EQUIPMENT!
That means this form must be completed and new players must turn in a photocopy of their birth certificate before they receive their equipment to practice.
This form does not pertain to cheerleaders or Itty Bitty football.
